This is a ring tailor-made to fit the gem it has. It is a star diopside (also called ‘black star’ because of its asterism: displaying a luminous star with four rays) from south Sri Lanka. It tells the tale of one wonderful trip in a far away land.
The ring is 3D modelled, prototyped in wax, casted in silver and plated in green gold.
